Points Of Interest
Summary
The opposition was based on registrations of the mark TECHRON in Class 1.
The Hearing Officer found the goods to be not similar. Having compared the marks and having weighed the other factors the Hearing Officer found that the differences between the goods more than outweighed the slight similarities in the marks. There was no likelihood of confusion and the opposition failed accordingly
