Summary

The claimant requested that the comptroller decline to deal with a reference under section 12 on the grounds that there were similar issues before the High Court. The defendant consented to the request and it was duly allowed by the comptroller. The claimant asked for certain documents to be treated as confidential under rule 94(1) but did so after the required fourteen day period.
