Summary
The application for revocation (together with a parallel entitlement reference under section 37) was withdrawn before a counter-statement was filed. In the public interest, the comptroller initially cited a document referred to in the application as having being presented at a meeting, but did not pursue the matter in the absence of anything to suggest one way or the other that the document had actually been made available to the public.
