Summary

As a result of an uncontested application filed under section 13(1) by Thibierge et Comar, being joint patent proprietors along with Arjo Wiggins Fine Papers Limited, it was found that James Christopher Body and Robert Graham Bracewell should also be mentioned as joint inventors in the published patent applications and granted patent for the invention and directed that an addendum slip mentioning them as joint inventors be prepared for the published patent applications and granted patent for the invention.
