Summary

The application concerned a container for wallpaper adhesive or paint which is supported on a stand. Claims 1-5 were held to lack novelty in the light of common general knowledge and six cited patents. The period specified in Rule 34 for putting the application in order having passed, the application was treated under Section 20(1) as having been refused at the end of that period.
