Summary
The invention related to a securities trading system where a computer screen provides each trader with lists of bids and offers against each security being traded, and allows more than one of those bids or offers to be traded simultaneously by selecting them on screen. The advance was held to reside in the functioning of the trading system and thus to be confined to a method of doing business. (CFPH LLCs Application [2006] RPC 5 followed.)
