Summary
Mr Lewis requested a review of Patent Office opinion number 03/05 but subsequently withdrew that request leaving the issue of costs to be decided. The hearing Office ordered Mr Lewis to pay the Sheffield Assay Office the sum of £1000 as a contribution towards its costs.
