Summary
This was an entitlement dispute over a patent, between the two (joint) proprietors and inventors. Before the entitlement and inventorship issues reached a hearing, one of the joint-proprietors applied to revoke the patent, and the other joint-proprietor chose not to defend the patent.
The patent was therefore revoked for want of defence on grounds of invalidity and insufficiency. With no bone to fight over, the entitlement and inventorship proceedings abated.
