Summary
The oppositions (as in BL O/303/07) was based on two registrations; in this case their strongest case was in respect of the flower device solus. The Hearing Officer, however, found no likelihood of confusion and the Section 5(2)(b) failed accordingly. His findings in respect of the remainder of the opposition was closely similar to those set out in BL O/303/07 (q.v.).
