Summary
The applicants had requested an extension of time in which to appeal against the Registrar’s decision of 14th June 2007 (see BL O/169/07). The Registry had indicated a willingness to agree a short extension but the applicants had asked for more. Following a hearing the original extension was confirmed. As this had now expired the Registry regarded the proceedings as closed.
