Summary

As a result of an uncontested application filed under section 13(1) by Timestrip Limited, the patent proprietors, it was found that Ilan Schragenheim should also be mentioned as an inventor in granted patent EP (UK) 1405145 and directed that an addendum slip mentioning him as a joint inventor be prepared for the granted patent for the invention.
