Summary
The applications relate to four associated ideas for curing disease. All covered similar ground involving sampling diseased matter, preparing a mould from phlegm, and invoking an immune response from a horse or an egg. Each application was subject to objections to added matter, that they were methods of treatment, and that there was insufficient information for the inventions to be worked. Additionally, one application was subject to a lack of novelty objection. Applications GB0316230.2, GB0407525.5 and GB0501156.4 were refused, GB0323428.3 was referred back to the examiner for search and further examination.
