Summary
Alliant Techsystems Inc. consented to an application filed under section 13(1) by Daniel B Nielson. In the absence of consent from the six named inventors, they were invited to file a counter-statement. No counter-statements were file. As a result the application was considered unopposed and it was found that Daniel B Nielson should be mentioned as a joint inventor in the published patent application and granted patent for the invention and directed that an addendum slip mentioning him as a joint inventor be prepared for the published patent application and granted patent.
