Points Of Interest

Summary

In his decision dated 23 April 2008 BL O/118/08 the Hearing Officer found the applicant to be successful and that it was entitled to a contribution to its costs. However, he inadvertently ordered the applicant to pay costs of £432 to the opponent.

By using Rule 40.12 of the Civil Procedure Rules the Hearing Officer rectified his mistake in this supplementary decision and ordered the opponent to pay the applicant the sum of £432.
