Summary
An uncontested application was filed by the European Organisation for Nuclear Research-Cern and the Paul Scherrer Institut, originally under section 13(1) of the Patents Act 1977 though the application was subsequently taken as filed under rule 10(2) of The Patents Rules 2007. It was found that Alexander Hohn, Luca Zanini, Jörg Neuhausen and Andreas Tuerler should be mentioned as joint inventors in any patent granted for the invention and directed that an addendum slip mentioning them as joint inventors be prepared for the published patent application for the invention.
