Summary
As a result of an uncontested application filed under section 13(3) by Baxa Corporation, the comptroller found that Robert Eugene Mancuso and Jon Paul Page should not have been mentioned as joint inventors in the granted EP (UK) patent. The decision serves as a certificate to this effect.
