Summary
The patent relates to packaging for optical discs. The initial application for revocation was based on allegations of lack of novelty and inventive step, as well as insufficiency and added matter. The hearing officer allowed amendments which had been offered to address the issues of insufficiency and added matter, and held that the attacks on the thus amended patent based on allegations of lack of inventive step and insufficiency failed.
