Summary
As a result of an uncontested application filed under section 13(3) by Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, the comptroller found that Boris Pertsikov and Ben-Zion Dolitzky should not have been mentioned as inventors in the granted EP (UK) patent. The decision serves as a certificate to this effect. The comptroller also directed that an addendum slip be prepared stating that Boris Pertsikov and Ben-Zion Dolitzky should not have been mentioned as inventors.
