Summary
The application relates to a portable device for measuring the movements of a sportsman, typically a golfer, which manipulates the data to produce a single number that is characteristic of the repeatability of the movements. Applying the Windsurfing/Pozzoli test the claims were found to be inventive. Applying the Aerotel/Macrossan test the contribution was found not to fall solely within excluded matter. The claims are thus allowable and the application was remitted to the examiner.
