Summary
The claimants filed a request for disclosure which was opposed by the defendants on the grounds that that the request was vague and excessively broad. The Hearing Officer considered that the request was not proportionate in this case, would delay proceedings and would add unnecessarily to the costs incurred by the defendant. The claimants’ request was therefore refused.
