Summary

An uncontested application was filed by Ev3 Endovascular, Inc. under rule 10(2) of the Patents Rules 2007. As a result, it was found that Alan R. Klenk, Andrew G. C. Frazier and Chad C. Roue should be mentioned as joint inventors along with Hai Q. Le and Thuzar K. Han in the granted patent for the invention and directed that an addendum slip mentioning them as joint inventors be prepared for the granted patent for the invention.
