Summary
An uncontested application was filed by Rockwool Limited under rule 10(2) of the Patents Rules 2007. As a result, it was found that Lawrence Windsor Cody should be mentioned as a joint inventor along with Christopher Osmond and Vivian Raymond Butler in the published patent application and granted patent for the invention.
