Summary

This invention relates to a computer-implemented method for arranging, organising and mapping ideas or planning processes as part of a graphical workspace for idea management.

The Hearing Officer agreed with the examiner-™s reasoning which followed the four-stepAeroteltest to determine whether there was a technical contribution and applied theAT&Tsignposts as modified inHTC. The contribution was found not to provide the required technical effect and hence the claimed invention related solely to a method for doing business, a program for a computer as such and to the presentation of information as such.

As the application was found not to meet the requirements of sections 1(2)(c) and 1(2)(d) of the Act, it was refused under section 18(3) of the Act.
