1 The invention relates to the use of an in-car satellite navigation system as the contactless terminal to make payments with contactless credit or debit cards even when the car is moving. The invention was found to be obvious. Further it was noted that the limited disclosure in the specification would have rendered any invention as insufficiently disclosed.
