Summary
The invention related to automatically dispatching work assignments to tow service providers. The hearing officer found that the improvements were to an administrative process, not to a technical process, implemented on a computer. He therefore found that the invention lay solely in the excluded fields of a program for a computer as such and a method of doing business as such and refused the application.
