Webber v Information Commissioner and Cabinet Office (Information rights - Information rights: practice and procedure) [2017] UKUT 312 (AAC) (27 July 2017)
A First-tier Tribunal, [2016] UKFTT 2015_0194 (GRC), conducting a review under section 9 of TCEA 2007 must make it clear what it is doing and why it is doing it. In particular, if the review power is exercised, the path chosen under section 9(4) should be stated and explained.
