RA v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions (II) [2021] UKUT 148 (AAC) (16 June 2021)


In determining whether to proceed under rule 27(1), it is not merely enough to consider whether there is sufficient evidence to make a decision. The tribunal must also consider more generally whether it is in the interests of justice to proceed with a paper determination.
