Hillingdon London Borough Council v AB (HB) [2021] UKUT 208 (AAC) (30 July 2021)


Fostering allowances paid to foster carers for looked after children approved by independent fostering agencies are to be treated in the same way as allowances paid to local authority-approved foster carers; that is, the allowances are not to be counted as a claimant's earnings.
