Claimant subject to Jobseekers Allowance sanction decision in 2010 relating to whistle-blowing incident - Appeal to First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal unsuccessful (reported as AA v SSWP (JSA) [2012] UKUT 100; [2012] AACR 42) - Ten years later claimant sought to appeal SSWP's 2010 sanction decision in light of new evidence which he claimed vindicated him - Finality of decisions - Social Security Act 1998 section 17(1) - First-tier Tribunal in 2021 correct to hold it had no jurisdiction to admit the further appeal.
