Appeal dismissed. The decision of the Traffic Commissioner for the Scottish Traffic Area is confirmed. The Appellant did not dispute the findings of fact but considered the outcome decision to be disproportionate. On these findings of fact, the Traffic Commissioner was entitled to make the decision to revoke the operator's licence and to disqualify the Appellant from acting as transport manager for one year.
