SJS v Disclosure and Barring Service [2024] UKUT 227 (AAC) (1 August 2024)


Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) made a mistake of fact as it was not aware of the contents of a positive reference written for the appellant that showed he had remedied some aspects of his behaviour towards young people. Case remitted to DBS to make a new decision.
