Our Soveraign Lord with advice and consent of the Estates of Parliament Statutes Enacts and Declares that the same Execution shall be competent and proceed upon Inland Bills or Precepts as is provided to pass upon Forraigne Bills of Exchange by the twentieth Act of the third Parliament King Charles Second holden in anno Im vjc and Eighty one which Act is hereby Extended to Inland Bills and Precepts in all points
