Provisions of 43 Geo. 3. c. 141. extended to all inferior judges.

The provisions of the M1 Justices Protection Act 1803 shall extend to all inferior judges and magistrates in Scotland, in regard to any sentence pronounced or proceeding had in any criminal trial.
