The Land Charges Act 1972 (Commencement) Order 1972

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 19(2) of the Land Charges Act 1972, hereby makes the following Order:-

1. This Order may be cited as the Land Charges Act 1972 (Commencement) Order 1972.

2. The Land Charges Act 1972 shall come into operation on 29th January 1973.
