W. G. Agnew
This Order amends two of the regulations contained in an Order dated 6th February 1917 governing the distribution of Prize Money among personnel of HM Ships and other Naval vessels. Transactions under that Order, which are now confined to Salvage awards, are audited by the Comptroller and Auditor General. This Order accordingly removes the requirement for a separate account to be laid annually before the House of Commons.
