Article 5(1)(c) of the Immigration (Exemption from Control) Order 1972 exempts Commonwealth citizens and citizens of the Republic of Ireland from the need to obtain leave to enter the United Kingdom when returning from an excursion, for which they do not require a passport, to certain specified countries. This Order amends Article 5(1)(c) so as to include the Netherlands among the countries so specified.
