In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12(2) of the Interception of Communications Act 1985, I hereby make the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Interception of Communications Act 1985 (Commencement) Order 1986.
2. The Interception of Communications Act 1985 shall come into force on 10th April 1986.
