The Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987 (Commencement No.3) Order 1987

7th December 1987

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 72(2) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987( (1)) ("the Act") and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1987.

2.  The provisions of the Act referred to in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to the matters described in column 2 of that Schedule) shall come into force on 1st January 1988.
