Made
30th September 1988
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 72(2) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987((1)) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1988.
2. The Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987 so far as not already in force shall come into force on 12th October 1988.
