1. This Order may be cited as the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 13th March 1989.
2. The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1987(3) shall be amended as follows:
In Group A of Part I of Schedule 1 after the entry for lead waste and scrap there shall be added the following new entry:
"7902Zinc waste and scrap ... ... ... ...T"

This Order further amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1987.
It introduces export control on zinc waste and scrap in accordance with Commission Regulation No. 4249/88(4).
