EVIDENCE

The Civil Evidence (Scotland) Act 1988 (Commencement) Order 1989

Made

15th March 1989

The Lord Advocate, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 11(2) of the Civil Evidence (Scotland) Act 1988( (1)), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Evidence (Scotland) Act 1988 (Commencement) Order 1989.

2. The provisions of the Civil Evidence (Scotland) Act 1988 shall come into force on 3rd April 1989.

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into force on 3rd April 1989 the provisions of the Civil Evidence (Scotland) Act 1988.
