The M42 Birmingham-Nottingham Motorway (Monkspath to Coleshill Section) and Connecting Roads Scheme (No. 2) 1978 (Revocation) Scheme 1990

Coming into force

9th May 1990

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Scheme in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16 and 326 of the Highways Act 1980(1), and now vested in him(2), and of all other enabling powers:

1. The M42 Birmingham-Nottingham Motorway (Monkspath to Coleshill Section) and Connecting Roads Scheme (No. 2) 1978(3) is hereby revoked.

2. This Scheme shall come into force on 9th May 1990 and may be cited as the M42 Birmingham-Nottingham Motorway (Monkspath to Coleshill Section) and Connecting Roads Scheme (No. 2) 1978 (Revocation) Scheme 1990.
