The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 26(2) of the Employment Act 1989 (1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Skills Training Agency (Designation) (No. 2) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 10th May 1990.
2. Each of the activities listed in the Schedule to this Order, being activities for the time being carried on bythe Skills Training Agency, is hereby designated for the purposes of section 26 of the Act.

This Order designates certain activities carried on by the Skills Training Agency for the purposes of section 26 of the Employment Act 1989. These activities are in addition to those designated by the Skills Training Agency (Designation) (No. 1) Order 1990 (S.I. 1990/886).
