This Order has been made in consequence of an omission in S.I.1991/980and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of thatStatutory Instrument.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sections 3(3)(a) and4(1) of the Immigration Act 1971(1), I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Variation of Leave)(No.2) Order 1991 and shall come into force on the day after the day onwhich it is made.
2. The condition imposed by article 2 of the Immigration (Variation ofLeave) Order 1991(2)is hereby removed.

This Order removes the condition imposed by the Immigration(Variation of Leave) Order 1991 (S.I.1991/77) (revoked by S.I.1991/980) which requires all Iraqi nationals who are not also either Britishcitizens or persons exercising an enforceable Community right or rightsunder any provision made under section2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 (c. 68) and who have a limited leave to enter or remain in the UnitedKingdom, to register with the police as a condition of that leave ifsuch a requirement is not already such a condition.
