In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 32(2) of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990(1), I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1991.
2. The following provisions of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 shall come into force on 23rd September 1991:
Part III (drug trafficking money imported or exported in cash), so far as not already in force;
Section 30(2) (payment of forfeited sums into the Consolidated Fund).

(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force Part III of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 (which provides for the seizure and forfeiture of drug trafficking money imported or exported in cash), so far as not already in force, and section 30(payment of forfeited sums into the Consolidated Fund).
The other provisions of the 1990 Act are already in force by virtue of S.I. 1991/1072.
