The Forestry Commissioners, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 1(2)(a), 2, 3(1) and 4A of the Plant Health Act 1967(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (Forestry) (Great Britain) (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st December 1991.
2. The Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (Forestry) (Great Britain) Order 1990(2) shall be amended by substituting for the Schedules thereto (which set out lists of fees) the Schedules set out in the Schedule to this Order.

This Order amends the Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (Forestry) (Great Britain) Order 1990. It prescribes new scales of fees in respect of export certification services and import licensing services in Great Britain, undertaken in connection with applications for phytosanitary certificates and import licences under the Plant Health (Forestry) (Great Britain) Order 1989 (S.I. 1989/823, amended by S.I. 1989/1951 and S.I. 1990/2398). The new scales provide for increases in most fees, reflecting increases in the cost of administering the services since those fees were introduced.
