1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Occupational Pensions (Revaluation) Order 1991.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st January 1992.
2. For the purposes of section 52A of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975, the revaluation percentage for each revaluation period specified in column 1 below is the appropriate percentage specified in column 2.

This Order is made, as required by section 52A of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975, in the revaluation year beginning on 1st January 1991. The revaluation percentages specified are relevant to the revaluation of benefits under occupational pension schemes, as required by section 52B of, and Schedule 1A to, that Act.
1975 c. 14 ; section 166(1) applies, by virtue of section 66(2) of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975 (c. 60), to the exercise of powers to make orders under that Act.
1975 c. 60 ; section 52A was inserted by section 2 of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to, the Social Security Act 1985 (c. 53). Paragraph 13 of Schedule 6 to the Social Security Act 1989 (c. 24) amended subsection (3) of section 52A and, for subsection (8), substituted new subsections (8) and (9).
