Coming into force in accordance with article 1
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sections 3(3)(a) and4(1) of the Immigration Act 1971(1), I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Variation of Leave)(Revocation) Order 1991 and shall come into force on the day after theday on which it is made.
2. The Immigration (Variation of Leave) Order 1991(2) is hereby revoked.

This Order revokes the Immigration (Variation of Leave) Order 1991(S.I. 1991/77) which requires all Iraqi nationals who are not alsoeither British citizens or persons exercising an enforceable Communityright or rights under any provision made under section 2(2) of theEuropean Communities Act 1972 (c. 68) and who have a limited leave toenter or remain in the United Kingdom to register with the police as acondition of that leave if such a requirement is not already such acondition.
