The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and section 5(1) of and paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990(2) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Devon Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1992 and shall come into force on 11th June 1992.
2. In article 4 of the Devon Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991(3) for the words "3 non-executive" there shall be substituted ", 5 non-executive" and for the words "3 executive" there shall be substituted "5 executive".

This Order amends the Devon Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 to alter the number of non-executive and executive directors to be appointed to the Board of that Trust from 3 to 5.
1977 c. 49; section 126(3) was amended by section 65(2) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19).
