The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 58(2) of the Child Support Act 1991(1), hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Child Support Act 1991 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1992.
2. The date appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Child Support Act 1991 specified in the Schedule to this Order is 17th June 1992.
